Fracture of tooth can be managed by root canal treatment/crowns or fillings depending upon the level of fracture
Fracture of the root may necessitate extraction
Fracture of bone may require surgical intervention
Mobility of teeth and soft tissue injuries can be conservatively managed
Tooth avulsion (the whole tooth comes out of its socket) requires immediate attention. The tooth should never be washed. It should be stored in saliva, milk, or water and taken to the dentist
Such teeth can be replanted into the socket within parameters and time constraints
